Last Standing in the Heat! Ā Just one more game turned into a pickleball endurance test, but we couldn't resist the fun!Ā
We laughed, we sweat, and we had a blast! Everyone else had left, but us "crazies" kept the spirit alive!Ā
Being a "Fit Pickleballer" means conquering the heat with a smile! Playing in high heat and humidity can be intense, but with the right preparation, we rocked it for nearly 3 hours!
Here are some tips to keep you on top of your game:
- Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Water is your best friend on the court.
- Stay balanced with electrolytes (watch out for added sugar and junk).
- Cool down with a cold, wet towel around your neck.

And the most crucial tip of all: Listen to your body! Know when it's time to take a break and stay safe out there, pickleball warriors!Ā
